FutureSkills4Trainers

Projekt FutureSkills4Trainers je projekt v okviru programa Erasmus +, ki je združil 6 partnerjev z dolgoletnimi izkušnjami iz 4 različnih držav: Avstrije, Nemčije, Italije in Slovenije. Vlogo vodilnega partnerja v projektu je prevzela Obrtna zbornica za München in Zgornjo Bavarsko.

 

Dualni sistem izobraževanja, ki je kombinacija teorije in prakse, kjer dijaki teoretično znanje pridobivajo v šolah, praktično pa neposredno pri delodajalcih je pereč problem tako v Sloveniji kot tudi v drugih evropskih državah. V dualnem izobraževalnem sistemu gre za srednje poklicno izobraževanje, kjer dijaki med šolanjem pridobivajo izkušnje pri izbranem delodajalcu, s katerim podpišejo učno pogodbo in s tem pridobijo status vajenca ter si tako zagotovijo vpis v poklicno šolo brez obveznega opravljanja pripravništva. Vajeništvo ima velik vpliv na  zaposlovanje mladih, saj dijaki tekom vajeništva pridobivajo dragocene delovne izkušnje, ki so še kako pomembne pri iskanju prve zaposlitve.

Zaradi pomanjkanja interesa mladih za obrtne poklice mala in srednje velika podjetja vedno težje dobijo ustrezne vajence. V današnjih časih jih je veliko iz marginaliziranih skupin, npr. begunci, mladi z učnimi težavami, mladi, ki so zapustili šolo in drugi socialno izključeni. Namen tega projekta je tudi te skupine mladih navdušiti nad tovrstno obliko izobraževanja. Ker pa to zahteva določene spretnosti in znanja izobraževalcev: inštruktorjev, učiteljev poklicnega izobraževanja in usposabljanja ter mentorjev v podjetjih, bomo v okviru projekta le-tem tudi ponudili priložnost za pridobitev teh potrebnih znanj, veščin in kompetenc. Torej socialno izključeni mladi bodo imeli priložnost, da uspešno opravijo vajeništvo, podjetja za usposabljanje pa možnost, da izkoristijo prednosti kvalificiranih vajencev, ki jih bodo usposabljali.

Tekom projekta bomo razvili in izvedli usposabljanje kombiniranega učenja za nadaljnje usposabljanje inštruktorjev/učiteljev poklicnega izobraževanja in usposabljanja v dualnem izobraževanju v Sloveniji in državah projektnih partnerjev. Vsebine bodo razvite v digitalnih formatih (video, pdf, avdio itd.) in bodo na voljo tudi na spletu. Poleg razvoja in izvajanja kombiniranega učnega usposabljanja, projekt stremi k spodbujanju digitalnih veščin in kompetenc trenerjev v dualnem izobraževanju in tutorjev v podjetjih in usposobljenost mentorjev oz. voditeljev za boljše vključevanje migrantov in drugih prikrajšanih mladih v vajeništvo.

The FutureSkills4Trainers project is a project within the Erasmus + program that brings together 6 partners with many years of experience from 4 different countries: Austria, Germany, Italy and Slovenia. The role of lead partner of the project is taken over by the Chamber of Crafts for Munich and Upper Bavaria.

 

The dual system of education is a combination of theory and practice, where students acquire theoretical knowledge in schools and practical knowledge directly from employers. This is a pressing problem in Slovenia as well as in other European countries.

Dual education is a type of secondary vocational education, where students gain experience during schooling with a chosen employer, with whom they sign an apprenticeship contract and thus gaining apprenticeship status and securing entry to a vocational school without the mandatory completion of an internship. Apprenticeships have a major impact on the employment of young people, as students gain valuable work experience during apprenticeship, which is particularly important when looking for their first job.

The lack of interest of young people in the trades makes it increasingly difficult for Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to find suitable apprentices. Nowadays, many of them come from marginalised groups, such as refugees, youngsters with learning disabilities, school dropouts and other socially excluded people. The purpose of this project is to inspire these groups of young people about this type of education. However, as this requires certain skills and knowledge of educators: instructors, VET trainers and in-company tutors, the project will offer them the opportunity to acquire these necessary knowledge, skills and competences. So socially excluded young people will have the opportunity to successfully complete an apprenticeship and training companies will have the opportunity to benefit from qualified apprentices they will train.

During the project, we will develop and implement a blended learning training course for the further training of in-company trainers/VET trainers in dual education in Slovenia and project partner countries (Germany, Austria and Italy). The contents will be developed in digital formats (video, pdf, audio, etc.) and made available online. In addition to the development and implementation of a blended learning course, the project aims to promote the digital skills and competences of trainers in dual education and in-company tutors and the competence of mentors for better inclusion of migrants and other disadvantaged young people in apprenticeships.
